There may be a reason to feel nostalgic about the past today or a reason to worry about the future. Don’t give into either of those feelings. Be in the present moment because the past cannot be changed (and maybe wasn’t as rosy as your mind has painted it to be) and the future that you are worried about may not come to pass.
