It seems that there are certain things, certain aspects of the self that are out of alignment. This does happen slowly over time because if it was sudden then we would be aware of it. Maybe it’s a practice which has fallen out of the way. Maybe it’s an important project or task that you started and forgot all about. Maybe you started out doing yoga at home every day when the lockdown started and now you’re barely managing (that’s me!). Maybe it’s a course or a meditation practice. Something that you loved doing but now it isn’t really happening.

When we do things we love our body is filled with joy and our cells sing and our chakras whirl beautifully and that is a huge health and immunity booster. Get back to doing that thing you love and you will feel that alignment inside and everything will become clearer to you β€οΈ.
