Be passive today. If there is a choice to do or to be, then choose to be today. Even if there seems to be a rush, give it some time and it will settle down.
Be creative today. Piant a stroke or write a line or even set your dinner plate in a creative way. Just a little dash of creativity and your day will be better for it.
Be compassionate today. If you are in a place where you have the chance to show some kindness, do that. It will release some happy hormones.
Be gentle today. Especially with yourself. No self criticism or self blame or guilt. Today is not the day to talk sense to yourself. Today is the day to place your hand on your heart and say I understand. Allow yourself to feel all that you feel and still say I love you to yourself.
